For dental practices in PA & WA

Partner With Us

Host an Aspire Dental Assistant Academy program after hours and earn passive income — while helping train the next generation of dental assistants.

A simple, low-lift partnership

Aspire Dental Assistant Academy is looking for dental practices in Pennsylvania and Washington to host our 12-week training program after regular business hours. As a host practice, you provide the space and equipment — we handle everything else.

It's a meaningful way to give back to the dental community, support workforce development in your area, and earn passive income without adding any burden to your team or daily operations.

What's in it for your practice?

Passive income

Earn compensation simply by making your space available after hours. No extra staff, no extra work.

We supply everything

Aspire provides all student materials and consumables. You don't need to purchase or stock anything for the program.

After-hours only

Classes run after your practice closes, so there's zero disruption to your patients or daily schedule.

Community impact

Help grow the dental workforce in your community by training motivated students who are eager to enter the field.

Your equipment stays protected

We use our own x-ray sensor, laptop, and dental x-ray manikin for radiography training — we never use your practice's x-ray sensors for student procedures.

Instruments & equipment use

We do ask to use your dental chairs, instruments, and operatory equipment for hands-on clinical skill practice — all under instructor supervision.

Donate to Aspire

Have expired materials or items you no longer need? Put them to good use.

Dental practices often have expired supplies, discontinued materials, or equipment that's no longer in use. Rather than discarding them, consider donating to Aspire Dental Assistant Academy — where they can give students hands-on experience with real dental materials.

We gratefully accept a wide range of donations from dental practices, including expired or discontinued supplies that are no longer suitable for patient care but are perfect for training purposes.

Donations support student training and help keep program costs accessible for aspiring dental assistants in our communities.

To arrange a donation, reach out to us at [email protected]

What we accept

  • Expired dental materials and supplies (composites, cements, impression materials, etc.)
  • Discontinued or unused consumables
  • Dental instruments no longer needed at your practice
  • PPE and infection control supplies
  • Dental models, typodonts, or training aids
  • Other dental-related items — just ask us!
