Programs Offered
Entry-Level Dental Assistant Program (DA100-DE)
- Duration: 12 weeks (120 Hours)
- Format: Hybrid (Self-paced online lectures and in-person clinical training)
- Hands-On Training: Held in actual dental offices after patient hours with a 12-student class maximum
- Class Schedule:
- Saturdays: 9:00 am - 3:30 pm (30-minute lunch break)
OR - Thursdays and Fridays: 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
- Saturdays: 9:00 am - 3:30 pm (30-minute lunch break)

- Outcome: Certificate of Completion
- Focus: Core dental assisting skills, chairside procedures, infection control, radiography basics, and patient interaction.
Admissions Requirements
Any person who has attained a high school certificate, or G.E.D., is eligible to attend Aspire Dental Assistant Academy, LLC and may be subject to a personal interview. There is no entrance exam, but all applicants must exhibit a proper willingness and enthusiasm to learn the art of dental assisting. Students must be at least 18 years old to take this program. Dental Assistants are required to stand for long periods of time on the job, have good manual dexterity, and be able to lift at least 25 pounds. Candidates should be physically capable of withstanding the requirements of practicing as a dental assistant.
Admissions Process
1. Discovery Call
Schedule a quick call with us through our website or by email to learn more about our programs, requirements, and next steps. During the call, we’ll discuss available clinical locations and help you schedule a tour of the site you plan to attend.
2. Required Tour
Get a first-hand look at your training site! Tours are scheduled by appointment and can take place during business hours, after patient hours, or even on Saturdays. We encourage tours after patient hours or on weekends to give you the best experience.
During the tour, you will:
- See the clinical training environment, including equipment and safety protocols.
- Learn how our distance education blends with hands-on training.
- Review course expectations, including time commitments and technical requirements.
- Have a chance to ask questions and address any concerns.
3. Enrollment Agreement
Once your tour is complete, submit your enrollment agreement to secure your spot in the program.
Helpful Tips:
- All admissions meetings and tours are by appointment only – no walk-ins.
- You will only tour the location where you plan to attend classes.
- Administrative hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, by appointment.
- Admissions assistance and student services are always available by appointment or via email.

Tuition Details
To secure your spot, tuition must be paid in advance before classes start, as enrollment is limited.
- Entry-Level Dental Assisting Program Tuition: $3,895
- Registration Fee: $150

While most of your essentials are covered, here are a few personal items you’ll need to bring:

We do not offer monthly payment options.
- Pay in Full: Use cash, online payment methods, or a credit card on or before the first day of class.
- Payment Plan:
- 50% due at enrollment
- Remaining balance due before the first class
